When our player app starts up, it downloads your media for offline playback. This applies to things like images and videos.

If there's an internet interruption, our player automatically flips into offline mode and continues to play your content seamlessly. When the internet comes back online, updates will sync with the cloud.

With Cold Start, the player app can be launched and it will begin presenting even if you don't have internet (as long as it's been activated previously). This is a must have for locations with spotty internet service.
