How do Groups work?
Create a group, add the screens it covers and share the content that goes with them. Invite teammates by email and they join as members. Members have full control of the group's content, so a store manager, campus team or agency partner can run their own screens without seeing everything else in your account.

Built for teams and multi-location brands
One folder per location
Folders organize screens and content. For multi-location brands we recommend one folder per location, with that location's screens under it.
Invite people by email
Add a manager, teacher or partner to a group with an email invite. They see the screens and content shared with that group.
Alerts when a screen goes offline
Notification policies email or text the right people (SMS in the US and Canada) when a screen is offline longer than the minutes you set. Use digest mode and group-based policies to keep alerts focused.
See who changed what
The Activity Log records who changed what, and when. Filter by entity, action and date to find a change in seconds.
Frequently asked questions
What is a group in Display NOW?
A group is a shared workspace inside your account. It has an owner, members and screens, plus the content you choose to share with it.
What can I share with a group?
Screens, playlists, designs, media, broadcasts, folders, schedules and layouts. Members have full control of the content shared with the group.
How do I add someone to a group?
Invite them by email from the group in Display NOW Manager. Once they accept, they can manage the screens and content shared with that group.
How should a multi-location business set up groups?
Create one folder per location with that location's screens under it, then share each folder with a group for that location's team. Your central team still sees every location in one account.
Can members sign in with single sign-on?
Yes. Single sign-on with Google Workspace or Azure AD is included on every plan, including Free.
Can I see what group members changed?
Yes. The Activity Log shows who changed what and when, with filters by entity, action and date.
