Your content, your screens, no card required.
Both plans run the same Display NOW software, and you update your screens and media the same way from manager.displaynow.io. Pro is software only. Choose it if your TV runs the Display NOW app (Google TV or Fire TV built in) or our web player, so there's nothing extra to plug in. Edge is Pro plus the Display NOW Edge Player, a commercial player we ship to you. It adds remote updates, a watchdog that keeps the app running 24/7, a 3-year warranty with replacement and priority support, on a 12-month term. If your TV already runs the app, Pro is all you need.
Digital signage software is a cloud-based system that lets businesses control what appears on their screens, like images, videos, live data and more, from one online dashboard. With Display NOW, you log in, build or upload your content, and publish it to any connected screen. There's no server to manage and no IT support needed to keep it running.
Install the Display NOW app on an Amazon Fire TV or Google TV device, or plug in the Edge Player, then enter the pairing code shown on screen at manager.displaynow.io and publish. No IT team needed, and our support team is there if you get stuck.
Any TV or monitor with an HDMI port can be a signage screen. The Display NOW app runs on Google TV and Fire TV, including TVs with them built in, and a web player covers other smart TVs and browsers. If you want a commercial player, the Edge plan includes the Display NOW Edge Player, with remote updates and priority support from our team.
Yes. Connect a supported player, such as an Amazon Fire TV, a Google TV device or the Display NOW Edge Player, to any TV with an HDMI port and it becomes a managed signage screen. You don't need commercial monitors to get started.
Yes. You get 14 days of full access to every feature, no credit card required. Test it with real screens and real content before you commit. You can also run one screen free forever.
Yes. Manage every screen from one dashboard, wherever it is. Organize screens into folders by location, share content with groups, and push different content to different screens at the same time.
Yes. Schedules work like a calendar: pick a day, week or month view, click a time slot and create an event. A restaurant can switch from a breakfast to a lunch menu automatically, and a retailer can start a weekend promotion Friday night and stop it Monday morning. Events use each screen's local time zone.
Images, videos, PDFs, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva designs, Power BI dashboards, Google Sheets, web pages, YouTube, weather and real-time news headlines. Design from scratch with Generative AI or use the Canva Designer app.
No. Describe what you want and Generative AI designs it, then refine it in the Designer. You can also use the Canva Designer app, or upload images, videos and PDFs you already have.
Your screen keeps playing. If the player loses its internet connection, it switches to offline mode and keeps showing the images, videos and PDFs already on it. The app can even start up from a cold boot with no internet. Web-based content, like web pages and live dashboards, returns when the connection does. The Dashboard shows which screens are online or offline, and with a Notifications policy you'll get an email or SMS alert (US and Canada) when a screen stays offline longer than your threshold. Our support team is a call, chat or email away.
