Digital signage FAQs
What is digital signage?
Digital signage is any screen that shows content you control from software: menus, announcements, schedules, promotions, dashboards or video. With Display NOW you manage every screen from a web browser and schedule what plays and when.
What do I need to get started?
A TV, a small media player and software. Display NOW runs on Amazon Fire TV and Google TV devices, or on the Display NOW Edge Player. Most people have their first screen running in under an hour.
How much does digital signage cost?
Display NOW has a free plan for one screen, and paid plans are priced per screen. You can try every feature free for 14 days with no credit card. See current pricing on the plans page.
Do I need a designer to make content?
No. Display NOW includes templates and AI design, and works with Canva, so anyone on your team can make slides. You can also show web pages, video, PDFs and apps like Google Sheets.
Who writes these articles?
The Display NOW team, including our founder, writes from what we see helping customers run screens in restaurants, schools, churches, clinics and workplaces. Articles are reviewed and updated as the product and best practices change.
